These easy, homemade biscuits are soft, flaky, made completely from scratch and can be on your table in about 15 minutes!
Crinkles:
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
salt
100g sugar
60g butter
200g dark chocolate
1 tsp baking powder
220g flour
DIRECTIONS
1. Beat together the eggs and salt. Add the butter and sugar and continue beating.
2. Add the melted chocolate (make sure it’s not too hot) and blend together.
3. Lastly, add the baking powder and gradually add the flour.
4. Refrigerate the cookie dough for at least two hours.
5. Using an ice cream scoop, make some balls.
6. Cover them in powdered sugar and place them on a baking sheet.
7. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes. Let them cool before serving.

3. Lastly, add the apples and chocolate to the cookie dough.
4. Roll out the cookie dough into a square.
5. Cut it into rectangles and cover them in sugar.
6. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
