Fried chicken skewers:
INGREDIENTS
chicken breast
eggs
breadcrumbs
corn flakes
DIRECTIONS
1. Cut the chicken breast into rectangles.
2. Put each chicken rectangle on a skewer and cover it in the egg.
3. Crumble the cereal, combine with the breadcrumbs and use them to bread the chicken.
4. Fry in hot oil for about 5 minutes until golden brown.

Stuffed potato chip crusted chicken breast:
INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS
You will need to use a rather thick chicken breast. With a sharp knife slice a pocket in the chicken breast and stuff it with cheese and ham. In the meantime, crush some potato chips which will be used to make the crunchy crust of the chicken. Dip each chicken breast in some egg beaten together with some Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cover the chicken breast with the crushed potato chips. They can either be fried or baked at 190° for 35 minutes.

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. In the meantime, put the cornflakes in a plastic bag and crush them. Coat the pieces of chicken in the flour, then the beaten eggs (seasoned with Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper), and finally, in the crushed cornflakes. Bake at 180° for 30 minutes. For an even crunchier and tastier chicken, try frying the chicken in hot vegetable oil.
