Pizza plumcake:
Ingredients
500g pizza dough
100g pizza sauce
40g finely grated Parmesan
200g sliced pepperoni
150g grated mozzarella
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Method
1.Roll the pizza dough into a large rectangle.
2.Top it with the pizza sauce, parmesan, pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese.
3.Beginning at the bottom edge, roll the dough up and transfer it to the refrigerator to the firm, 15 to 20 minutes.
4.Split the dough in half lengthwise, exposing the striped insides. 5.Carefully lift up one half and lay it over the other half so that the two pieces form X. Working from the center out, twist each end until the two loose ends meet.
6. Lift the twisted dough into the loaf pan, then let it rise for about 1 hour.
7.Brush the top of the babka with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan.
8.Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.

20g brewer’s yeast
salt
1 tsp sugar
100ml water

tomato puree

ham

DIRECTIONS
1. Let the yeast dissolve in the water. Gradually add the flour, sugar, and salt last. Mix everything together well and let it rise for two hours.
2. Divide the dough into 9/10 balls.
3. Flatten them using a glass and top with anything you like.
4. Bake them at 190°C for about 15 minutes in a fan-assisted oven. If you are using a conventional oven then we suggest letting them bake for 25/30 minutes.
5. Serve the mini pizzas hot!

Corona pizza:
INGREDIENTS
3 pizza dough
1cup tomato sauce
1 cup Ricotta
200g ham
3 tbsp olive oil
1 ball Mozzarella cheese

METHOD
Roll out the pizza dough and spread tomato sauce over it, then spread some Ricotta.
Put some slices of ham on Ricotta. Make two dough rolls.
Put the rolls along the edge of the round sheet of dough, seal their together.
Spread tomato sauce in the center of pizza, then sprinkle it with an olive oil.
Cut edges into petals, unbend incisions.
Bake at 180C/360F for 20 min.
Put in center Mozzarella slices, then bake again at 180C/360F for 5 min.
