Marinated egg yolk: a great unique recipe that everyone should try!

Place the egg yolk into some salt, the reason will surprise you!
INGREDIENTS
egg yolks
100g sugar
100g salt

DIRECTIONS
1. In a bowl, mix together equal amounts of sugar and salt.
2. Pour some of this mixture into a baking dish and make some groves in the salt for the egg yolks.
3. Pour the yolks into the salt and cover them up with more of the salt and sugar mixture.
4. Let them rest at room temperature for 30 hours.
5. Clean of the yolks by removing all the access salt and sugar.
6. Serve them over a plate of pasta or in a salad.
