Here's 4 ways to cook mushroom!

- Pizza mushrooms

Ingredients:
4 portobello mushrooms, stem removed;
3 tbsp olive oil;
1 cup pizza sauce;
2 cups mozzarella, shredded;
¼ cup pepperoni, sliced;
salt and pepper;
chili flakes, thyme for serving.

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200C/400F.
Brush each mushroom cap with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides.
Fill each mushroom with sauce, sprinkle cheese on top and place pepperoni slices.
Bake for 10-15 minutes. Add thyme and chili flakes before serving.

8 Portobello mushroom caps

Egg Wash
Flour
Panko breadcrumbs

METHOD
Put paper towel on a plate. Place four portobello mushroom caps with stems removed. Cover with more pieces of paper towel and another plate.
Microwave for 3-4 minutes. Use paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Make a filling: mix with cheeses, bacon, garlic, chives, pepper and mayonnaise.
Fill mushroom caps with cheese mix. Place two cups together chill for 15 minutes.
Dip mushrooms in flour, egg wash and then panko breadcrumbs.
Fry until golden brown.
Serve in-between burger buns with lettuce and sauces.
