How to control meat cooking without thermometer
published on 5 October, 2020 at 16:21
There is a very simple method to verify the cooking of the meat according to the consistency.
Just use your hand.
Join thumb and forefinger: touch the end of the thumb on the palm. Then touch the meat while cooking. If the consistency is the same it means that the flesh is rare.
Join thumb and medium: always touch the same point, then touch the meat in cooking. If the consistency is equal it means that the cooking of the meat is medium.
Join thumb and ring finger: always touch the same point, then touch the meat in cooking. If the consistency is equal it means that the meat is well cooked.
