METHOD
Use a glass to flatten a ball of ground meat.
Cut the center of the meat with the same glass.
Place in a pan, pour an egg into the meat hole. Cook on a medium heat with the lid on. Add a slice of cheese.
Prepare a hamburger.

• 6 tbsp grated parmesan

• 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
METHOD
Put the bacon in one layer on a baking sheet. Put in the oven and bake until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a paper plate lined with a towel.
Lightly grease the pan.
Using a 3-inch cookie cutter, make a hole in the center of each slice of bread.
Grease one side with butter. Place the bread on the prepared pan with the butter facing down.
Add slices of bacon and eggs, carefully cracking the eggs in each hole and keeping the yolk intact. Sprinkle with parmesan and thyme; Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put in the oven and bake at 400F/200C for 12-15 minutes.

Sprinkle grated cheese on all edges on top of the butter.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cook the bacon with the onion until golden brown. Add the hash brown and mix until golden brown.
With a spoon form small holes and pour in the eggs. Cover until cooked. Add salt, pepper and cheddar cheese.
Cover until melted.
