1) Brazilian flan: creamy, silky and easy to make!
It is made in the blender and only requires 5 ingredients!
INGREDIENTS
• ½ cup sugar
• Flan dish with lid
• 400 ml condensed milk
• 200 ml whole milk
• 1 egg and 1 yolk
METHOD
Pour sugar into a flan dish and heat on high until it turns to caramel
Pour condensed milk, whole milk, one egg, one yolk and liquefy in a blender.
Pour the mixture in the flan dish, put the lid on top and place in a tray.
Fill the tray with water and bake at 180ºC (350ºF) for around 50 minutes.
Refrigerate for 3 hours.
Put on the stove to loosen the caramel and make it easier to remove.
Uncover, place a plate on top and turn over.

Learn the secret to a perfectly smooth and creamy Leche Flan!
INGREDIENTS
10 egg yolks
370 ml evaporated milk
300 ml condensed milk and 1 tsp vanilla extract
40 gr sugar for caramel and 1 tsp water
METHOD
Caramelize sugar. Put sugar and water. Cook and let it caramelize in low heat until golden brown. Swirl to cook evenly. Set aside and let it cool.
In a mixing bowl, whisk egg yolks to break. Add condensed milk and evaporated milk.
Strain the mixture twice using a fine sieve for a smoother texture. Put the mixture to the molds with caramelized sugar. Cover each with foil to avoid water drips from steaming.
Steam for 30 minutes in 170 degrees. Then, turn off the fire and let the leche flan inside the steamer for another 20 minutes. Let the remaining heat from the steamer cook through the leche flan.
After 20 minutes, remove the leche flan from the steamer. Let it cool and chill for at least 4 hours before removing from molds.
