No-bake biscuits dessert to make in no-time!

1) No bake cookie cake
INGREDIENTS
- 400-450 grams of cookies (white and chocolate)
- 400ml milk (2 glasses)
- 40g sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 50g cornstarch
- 2 tbsp butter
- vanilla
- 80g chocolate chips
- 200ml cream to whip
- 20 g chocolate chips
- 70 ml cream to whip
- pistachio grains
METHOD
- 400-450 grams of cookies (white and chocolate)
- 400ml milk (2 glasses)
- 40g sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 50g cornstarch
- 2 tbsp butter
- vanilla
- 80g chocolate chips
- 200ml cream to whip
- 20 g chocolate chips
- 70 ml cream to whip
- pistachio grains
METHOD
- In a pot on low heat mix together milk, sugar, egg yolks, cornstarch.
- Stir all the time until it becomes thick.
- Add in butter, vanilla and chocolate chips. Pour the cream to whip to the mixture and beat well. Pour the mixture onto the cookies from one side.
- Place plastic wrap into the pan and then add cookies one by one.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Mix chocolate chips with warm cream to whip.
- Add whipped cream all over the cake, then pour chocolate mixture onto it. And sprinkle with pistachio grains.

2) No bake chocolate biscuits cake
INGREDIENTS
- 2 packs of biscuits
- 400 ml of cream
- 2 pack of chocolate
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp of hazelnut grain
METHOD
- 2 packs of biscuits
- 400 ml of cream
- 2 pack of chocolate
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp of hazelnut grain
METHOD
- Break the biscuits with your hand or knife. Melt the cream with chocolate and add in biscuits. Transfer the mixture in the pan then freeze in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Melt the second portion of cream with chocolate chips and pour it on the cake.
- Sprinkle with hazelnut grain.

3) Cookie cake
INGREDIENTS
500g dry cookies
400ml whipped cream
250g mascarpone
one espresso coffee
3 tablespoons hazelnut cream
1 tsp honey
500g dry cookies
400ml whipped cream
250g mascarpone
one espresso coffee
3 tablespoons hazelnut cream
1 tsp honey
METHOD
- Whip the cream and add the mascarpone, coffee, honey and hazelnut cream.
- Fill the cookies with the cream to make a cookie sandwich.
- Dip them in cold milk and coffee for just a few seconds and then arrange them vertically in a cake pan.
- Chill in the refrigerator and serve!
