4 easy fruit sorbet to try!

1. Quick lemon sorbet
INGREDIENTS
30 ice cubes
juice from 2 lemons
50ml whipping cream
150g sugar
METHOD
1. Blend together the ice cubes, lemon, and sugar.
2. Add the cream and blend for 3 minutes.
3. Pour into some glasses and garnish with a slice of lemon.

2. Lemon sorbetto
INGREDIENTS
3 medium lemons
half cup vodka
half cup pink lemonade
2 cups of ice
mint leaves for garnish
METHOD

METHOD
- Half and empty the lemons.
- In a blender mix together ice, vodka end lemonade.
- With ice cream scoop fill the lemons with the sorbeto.
- Decorate with mint.
- Serve right away.
3. Pineapple dole whi
INGREDIENTS
1 pineapple;
3 tbsp sugar;
1/3 cup milk;
fresh mint for serving.

METHOD
- Cut the top of the pineapple and remove the insides with knife and spoon, making a pineapple bowl.
- Cut off the hard stem from pineapple flesh. Blend pineapple with milk and sugar until smooth.
- Fill an ice tray with pineapple smoothie and let it freeze completely.
- Take pineapple ice cubes out of the tray and blend again to make a soft sorbet.
- Fill pineapple bowl with whipped sorbet and top with fresh mint leaves.
4. Quick orange sorbet
INGREDIENTS
orange juice
oranges
2 heavy whipping cream
METHOD
1. Pour the orange juice into an ice tray and freeze it.
2. Once the juice is frozen solid, place them in a blender and add two teaspoons of heavy cream.
3. If you like a sweeter sorbet, add a couple of teaspoons of sugar.
4. Slice an orange in half and remove the pulp.
5. Fill them with the orange sorbet and serve.
