Commercial tricks method
 
1. To achieve commercial quality fries, use a block of styrofoam cut to fit into a french fry sleeve. Line the top side with toothpicks and then skewer the fries on them.
2. Use shaving cream instead of whipped cream for a perfect dollop appearance that never melts!
3. Combine 2 cups water with 2 packages instant mashed potatoes. Color them as you like with gel food dye. Use an ice cream scoop to get perfect ice cream that never melts!
