How to make perfect hard boiled eggs: the lemon hack

Hard boiled eggs are a simple recipe and that's also a common ingredient for a lot of recipes. 
 
However their cooking time is often uncertain; moreover removing their shell can be a tricky operation. 
 
Let's see now how to make perfect hard boiled eggs. 
 
You'll need: 
Eggs
Lemon 
Pot 
Water
 
Directions: 
1. Fill the pot with cold water and place the eggs. 
2. Put the pot on the stove and make it boil. 
3. Cut 2 lemon slices. 
4. When it boils place the lemon inside the pot. 
5. Cook for 8 minutes. 
6. Remove the shell and serve as you like.
