4 dessert with banana: they are addictive!

1. Banoffee pie
INGREDIENTS 
for the crust:  
400g cookies 
200g butter
for the filling: 
1 can condensed milk 
2 bananas 
whipped cream
 
METHOD
1. Crush the cookies and mix them with the butter to make the pie crust. Cover the base of a springform pan with the mixture and freeze for 30 minutes. 
2. Place the can of condensed milk in boiling water for 2 hours. Let it cool. This turns the condensed milk into caramel. 
3. Pour the cream into the pie crust, add a layer of sliced bananas and top with whipped cream.  
4. Add a sprinkling of dark chocolate and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
 
2. Banana roll
INGREDIENTS
• 20 ladyfinger biscuits
• 2 cups milk
 
For custard;
• 300ml milk
• 3 tbsp flour
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp butter
• 3 bananas
 
For decoration;
• Whipped cream
• pistachios
 
METHOD 
1. Dip cookies in milk, put on the plastic wrap and leave for a couple of minutes (to become soft)
2. In a saucepan, mix all the ingredients for the cream and cook until it thickens.
3. Pour the cream on the cookies, spread it and add 3 bananas.
4. Wrap and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
5. Decorate with cream and pistachios.
 
3. Blended banana cake
INGREDIENTS 
3 bananas 
50ml vegetable oil  
200g sugar 
3 eggs 
200ml milk 
300g flour 
16g baking powder
powdered sugar, as needed  
sliced bananas
 
METHOD
1. Put the bananas in a blender. Add the vegetable oil, sugar, and eggs. Blend everything together for at least 8 minutes. 
2. Add the milk and flour, and lastly the baking powder. 
3. Once the batter has doubles in volume, pour it in a 26cm diameter cake pan 
4. Bake at 180°C for 60 minutes. 
5. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with some sliced banana.
 
4. Moist banana bread with chocolate chips
INGREDIENTS
4 Bananas 
Lemon juice 
120g Brown sugar 
6g Baking powder 
Salt 
200g Flour 
Cinnamon q.b. 
2 Eggs
a pinch of Baking soda 
120g Butter 
Walnuts q.b. 
Chocolate chips q.b. 
  
METHOD
1. Make a banana purea.  
2. Meanwhile, mix the butter with the sugar, then add the eggs. 
3. Add the bananas to the mixture and mix everything with the flour. 
4. Add baking powder and baking soda.  
5. Finally add nuts and chocolate chips to dare a touch of flavour. 
6. Pour the mixture into a plumcake mold. Place the banana slices on the dough. 
7. Bake at 180° C/ 360° F for 60 minutes.   
8. Serve warm.
