Omlette in Bag: an amazing trick!

INGRIDIENTS:
2 eggs
1-2 oz smoked salmon (chopped)
2 tbs grated parmesan
1 tbs fresh chive (chopped)
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
METHOD:
Putt all ingredients in one freezer bag.
Squeeze the air out of the bag and seal it.
Shake the bag till all ingridients are mixed
Put the bag in pot with boiling water and cook for about 15 minutes.
Carefully roll the omlette out of the bag on a plate.
