How to sharpen knives: the remedy with household objects

With the passing of time and frequent use knives we use in the kitchen can become blunt and not be so effective anymore. 
 
There are different ways to sharpen knives, but if you don't have specific tool available you can use this quick and effective method at home. 
 
Let's see how to do it. 
 
You'll need
Knife
Toothpaste 
Bowl 
Vinegar 
Salt 
 
Directions
1. Spread some toothpaste all over the knife, on both sides. 
2. Wet the bottom of the bowl with some vinegar and add salt too. 
3. Sharpen the knife onto the bowl's edge by rubbing it for about 10 times. 
4. Repeat the process on the other side. 
5. Clean the knife with a paper towel and rinse it with running water.
