Montecristo Sandwich:
INGREDIENTS
6 slices white sandwich bread
4 pieces ham
6 tbsp grated gauda cheese
3 eggs
6 tbsp mayonnaise
10 tsp milk
salt
2 tbsp butter
METHOD
Cut off the edges of bread.
Spread mayonnaise on the bread slices and top with cheese. Add ham slices on the four bread slices.
Then assemble the sandwiches: 2 bread slices with ham and cover it with bread with cheese.
Put the cutting board with some big bowls on the sandwich, and wait for 5-10 minutes until it pressed well.
Beat the eggs with milk and salt, dip sandwiches in the egg mixture and fry until golden from all sides.

Giant Toasted Sandwich:
Ingredients:
100g Melted Butter
18 Slices Toast Bread
150g Grated Cheddar Cheese.
250g Ground Beef
100g Sliced Mushrooms
150g Caramalised Onions
4 Slices of Crispy Bacon
200g Shredded Cooked Chicken
4 Slices Mozzarella Cheese (depending on size)
100g Ham
35g Spinach
Instructions:
Pour half of the butter on to a 35cm baking sheet.
Cover this with 9 slices of the toast bread.
We are going to fill this giant sandwich in thirds:
1st Third.
Add half of the Cheddar Cheese, followed by ground beef, then sliced mushrooms and finally the remainder of the cheddar cheese.
2nd Third.
Add the caramalised onions, followed by the crispy Bacon and finally the shredded chicken.
Final Third.
Add the mozzarella cheese slices, followed by the ham, then the Spinach and finally top with another two slices of mozzarella.
Now cover with the remaining half of the bread and brush this with the remaining butter.
Add a second baking sheet to the top and then a heavy pan to add some weight and compress.
Bake in the over at 180°C or 350°F until golden, approximately 10-15 minutes.

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Pepper
For BLT:

4 slices tomato
1/4 red onion
1/2 avocado
2 leaves lettuce
For Caprese with Ham:
4 slices provolone cheese
2 tbsp tomato pesto
6 slices Ham
1/2 cup arugula
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
4 potatoes
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper
For BLT:
4 slices bacon
4 slices Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp mayonnaise
4 slices tomato
1/4 red onion
1/2 avocado
2 leaves lettuce
For Caprese with Ham:
4 slices provolone cheese
2 tbsp tomato pesto
6 slices Ham
1/2 cup arugula
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
METHOD
Bake potatoes at 400F/200C for an hour.
Using a spoon, remove a center of potato. Spread potato with an olive oil and put on baking-sheet, then broil it for 5-10 min until crispy.
Cook the bacon nearly for 15 min until crispy, next remove it to paper towel.
Get potatoes from the oven, cut their ends to potato resembles a rectangle, season them with salt and pepper.
For the BLT: Put Cheddar slices on each potato half, then place potatoes in the oven for 5 minutes, after that cool.
Assembling a sandwich with : spread each potato with mayonnaise, put bacon slices, some tomato, onion and avocado, lettuce leave. Cover by top half of potato.
