Snowflake: here’s how to use puff pastry to make something really unique this Christmas!

A delicious and spectacular dish that is also really easy to make!

INGREDIENTS
2 sheets of puff pastry
80g ricotta cheese
ham
pepper
Parmesan cheese, as needed

DIRECTIONS
1. Cover a sheet of puff pastry with ricotta cheese, pepper, Parmesan cheese, and ham.
2. Close it using the other sheet of puff pastry. Place a small bowl in the center and slice it into 16 strips.
3. Join every two strips together to make the snowflake.
4. Brush the top with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
