Here's how to keep cut carrots and celery fresh and crisp!

1) In the fridge:

INGREDIENTS

Onions
Carrots
Celery
Foil
Paper cups
Hermetic bags

METHOD

Cut the carrot, celery, and onion into small pieces. Pour into a bowl and mix well.
Place in small cups and cover with aluminum or in small zip-lock bags.
Store in the freezer.

2) In the freezer:

INGREDIENTS

Carrots
Celery
Glass jar
Water

METHOD

Cut the carrot and celery into slices.
Place in a glass jar and fill with water.
Place in the fridge.
