Easy pasteis de nata: the cream desserts with a unique taste!

Flaky and super delicious!
INGREDIENTS
2 sheets of puff pastry
1 egg
2 egg yolks
50g (3 tbsp) sugar
150ml (3/5 cup) heavy cream
80ml (1/3 cup) milk

50g (3 tbsp) sugar
150ml (3/5 cup) heavy cream
80ml (1/3 cup) milk
METHOD
- Roll together to puff pastry. Leave in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Beat egg, yolk, sugar, cream, and milk and leave to cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Cut the dough into slices and put it in the mold. Pour the resulting egg mixture.
- Bake at 420°F/210°C for 23 minutes. Serve.
