Potato millefeuille with camembert: the complete dish full of taste!

A delicious side dish that everyone will love

INGREDIENTS
Camembert cheese
8 potatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1 sprig of rosemary
2 tbsp parsley
100g butter
150ml white wine
50ml olive oil
10g salt

METHOD
  1. Slice several potatoes finely. Arrange them neatly on an oven tray. Place a piece of camembert cheese in the center of the tray.
  2. Add garlic, rosemary, and white wine to the cheese.
  3. Mix olive oil with parsley and brush over all the potatoes. Add several small pieces of butter over the potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle over salt to taste.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (356°F). Serve with toasted bread.
