How to make balsamic pearls (caviar) at home

This vegan caviar is perfect for garnishing all kinds of dishes!
 
INGREDIENTS
800ml (3 2/3 cups) Olive oil
150ml (2/3 cup) Balsamic vinegar
1 packet Agar-agar
Black pepper
1 tbsp Butter
Baguette
Cream cheese
Smoked salmon
 
METHOD
  1. Freeze olive oil for 30 minutes. Heat balsamic vinegar with agar-agar until melted. Pour the prepared mixture into the cold olive oil. Rinse the resulting caviar in water.
  2. Cut baguette, pour some olive oil on it, sprinkle with pepper. Fry on medium heat until golden brown from both sides.
  3. Serve with cream cheese, smoked salmon, and prepared caviar.
