How to make balsamic pearls (caviar) at home

This vegan caviar is perfect for garnishing all kinds of dishes!
INGREDIENTS
800ml (3 2/3 cups) Olive oil
150ml (2/3 cup) Balsamic vinegar
1 packet Agar-agar
Black pepper
1 tbsp Butter
Baguette
Cream cheese
Smoked salmon
METHOD
- Freeze olive oil for 30 minutes. Heat balsamic vinegar with agar-agar until melted. Pour the prepared mixture into the cold olive oil. Rinse the resulting caviar in water.
- Cut baguette, pour some olive oil on it, sprinkle with pepper. Fry on medium heat until golden brown from both sides.
- Serve with cream cheese, smoked salmon, and prepared caviar.
