Rose butter cookies: they literally melts in your mouth!

This is the best butter cookie recipe ever!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
220g (1 cup) butter, soft;
100g (¾ cup) powdered sugar;
1 egg;
2 tsp vanilla extract;
250g (2 cups) flour.
METHOD
- Whisk creamed butter with powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add an egg and vanilla extract, then whisk to combine.
- Combine everything with flour and transfer into a piping bag with a star nozzle.
- Form rose-shaped butter cookies on a parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Bake cookies at 180C/350F for 12 minutes. Leave to cool down before serving.
