Rose butter cookies: they literally melts in your mouth!

This is the best butter cookie recipe ever!

INGREDIENTS
 220g (1 cup) butter, soft;
 100g (¾ cup) powdered sugar;
 1 egg;
 2 tsp vanilla extract;
 250g (2 cups) flour.
 
METHOD
  1.  Whisk creamed butter with powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  2.  Add an egg and vanilla extract, then whisk to combine.
  3.  Combine everything with flour and transfer into a piping bag with a star nozzle.
  4.  Form rose-shaped butter cookies on a parchment-covered baking sheet.
  5.  Bake cookies at 180C/350F for 12 minutes. Leave to cool down before serving.
