Homemade mascarpone cheese: you’ll only need two ingredients!

Mix the heavy cream with the lemon and let it sit overnight. You won’t believe your eyes!
INGREDIENTS
500ml heavy cream
8ml lemon juice
500ml heavy cream
8ml lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat the heavy cream and gradually add lemon juice to it.
2. Let it cook for about 5 minutes, or until it thickens a bit. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
3. Pour the mixture into a bowl lined with a tea towel. Let it rest 24 hours.
