Apple rings: a quick idea for a delicious dish!

INGREDIENTS
130g (1 cup) of flour
8g (1/2 tbsp) of baking powder
A pinch of salt
Cinnamon
70g (1/3 cup) of sugar
240ml (1 cup) of buttermilk
1 egg
4 apples
Oil for frying

For coating:
Sugar
Cinnamon

METHOD
1. In a bowl add flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, sugar, butter milk, and egg and mix to combine.
2. Cut the apples into rings and remove the inner part with the help of the mold.
3. Dip apple slices in prepared batter and transfer them to the pan with hot oil. Fry them until they are golden brown on both sides.
4. Mix the sugar and cinnamon and coat the apple rings. Serve them all together on a serving plate.
