Zucchini and burrata tarts: it's worth trying!

Perfect for a delicious appetizer in no-time!
INGREDIENTS
Shortcrust pastry
Zucchini
Goats cheese
Burrata
Honey
Salt
Pepper
Fresh basil
Sesame seeds
METHOD
1. Cut several medium-thin slices from the zucchini. Microwave for 10 minutes.
2. Make several circles of honey on a baking tray. Sprinkle over some sesame seeds.
3. Arrange the zucchini slices neatly in a circle. Add chunks of goat cheese.
4. Cut the pastry, and place it on top of each zucchini circle. Pinch the edges with your fingers.
5. Insert a fork into each tartlet and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
6. Flip the tarts, add burrata and fresh basil to serve.
