INGREDIENTS
2 zucchini
1 roll of puff pastry
150g (3/4 cup) of spreadable cheese
Salt
100g of smoked salmon

METHOD
1. Grate the zucchini and remove the excess water. Set aside.
2. Unroll the puff pastry and distribute spreadable cheese over the entire surface.
3. Add the grated zucchini and season them with salt. Arrange the pieces of salmon on top.
4. First roll up to the middle of the sheet and then roll the other half, as if to form fans. When the two rolls touch, cut them into slices.
5. Transfer puff pastries to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake them in the oven at 190°C/374°F for 25 minutes.
