Omelet:
 
INGREDIENTS
Steam-cooking bag
5 eggs
2 bell peppers
40g Parmesan cheese
salt
pepper
parsley
100g pancetta
80g cheddar cheese
100g stringy cheese
 
DIRECTIONS
Put 5 eggs in a steam-cooking bag. Close the bag and shake to beat the eggs. Then, add salt, pepper, parsley, cheese and any other ingredients you like. Shake for a couple of minutes longer. Immerse the bag in a pan of hot water and let it cook for about 20 minutes. Serve hot!

Crunchy oven zucchini sticks:
 
INGREDIENTS
zucchini
1 plastic bag
2 tsp olive oil
2tsp breadcrumbs
paprika
salt
pepper
1tsp Parmesan cheese
 
DIRECTIONS
1. Slice the zucchini into sticks and place them into a plastic bag
2. Pour in the oil and shake for a few seconds
3. Add salt, pepper, paprika, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and continue to shake.
4. Put the zucchini onto a cooking sheet and bake at 190°C for 10 minutes.

Chicken with Parmesan: 
 
INGREDIENTS 
500g chicken breast 
salt 
pepper
olive oil 
paprika 
garlic 
breadcrumbs 
Parmesan cheese 
basil 
parsley
 
DIRECTIONS 
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Cut it up into bite-sized pieces. 
2. Place the chicken into a plastic bag, add olive oil, garlic, paprika and Parmesan cheese. 
3. Shake the bag for a few minutes and pour everything out onto a baking tray. 
4. Bake at 190°C for 30 minutes, until the chicken is golden and crispy.
