Fluffy buns in a pan: how to make them in a few minutes!

Super fluffy and so delicious, you only need a few ingredients!
INGREDIENTS

235ml (1 cup) milk
245ml (1 cup) water
1 tsp sugar
10g dry yeast
1.5 tsp salt
4 tbsp olive oil
620g (5 cups) flour (all purpose)
1 clove garlic
50g (1/4 cup) butter
Parsley
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 16 pieces. Form balls. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the cakes and fry in a preheated pan. Mix oil with garlic and parsley. Grease each bun with this mixture.
