CHEESE CHIPS: These crispy chips are delicious!

INGREDIENTS
110g of Parmesan
Rosemary
Pepper
METHOD
1. Grate the Parmesan using a fine grater.
2. Using a 6 cm (2.4 inch) diameter ring, place the grated cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Garnish with rosemary and pepper, then transfer the baking tray to the oven. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 5 minutes.
4. Serve the cheese chips on a serving dish and enjoy.
