ORANGE CAKE IN A BLENDER: the easy and fluffy recipe to try π§‘

INGREDIENTS
400g of oranges (cut into pieces)
50ml (1/5 cup) of milk
100ml (2/5 cup) of vegetable oil
3 eggs
200g (1 cup) of sugar
200g (1 3/5 cups) of all-purpose flour
50g (1/4 cup) of potato starch
2 tsp of baking powder

METHOD
1. Cut the oranges into pieces.
2. Add vegetable oil and milk in the blender, then blend everything. Add the eggs and sugar. Blend again.
3. Give it one last blend after adding flour, potato starch, and baking powder.
4. Pour everything into a cake tin, we're using a 20cm one.
5. Bake for 50 minutes at 180Β°C.
