Fish cutlets without frying: very easy to make in the oven and perfect for the little ones! π

INGREDIENTS
4 perch fillets
Salt
Flour
2 eggs
Breadcrumbs
Extra virgin olive oil
METHOD
1. Take the well-cleaned and deboned fish and season it with salt. You can use the type of fish you prefer, such as plaice, cod, or swordfish.
2. Then dip it in flour, covering it completely. And then into the egg. Finally, into the breadcrumbs, which you can enrich with the preferred spices.
3. Place the fish slices on a baking tray with parchment paper and oil. Bake at 180Β°C for 20 minutes.
