Coffee ice cream to make with the ice cream maker: perfect in a few steps! ☕

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
100g (1/2 cup) of sugar
220ml (1 cup) of milk
180ml (4/5 cup) of cream
100ml (2/5 cup) of coffee
METHOD
1. In a bowl beat together eggs with sugar, add in milk, and cook on low heat until starts thickening, add in coffee and mix well. Mix in the cream.
2. Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours.
3. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and work as indicated in the instructions.
