Very fresh lemon ice cream and with the ice cream maker it will be even creamier! 🍋

INGREDIENTS

320g (1 5/8 cups) of sugar

120ml (1/2 cup) of water

200ml (4/5 cup) of lemon juice

150ml (3/5 cup) of milk

150ml (3/5 cup) of fresh liquid cream

METHOD

1. In a small saucepan add water and sugar, and heat until sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool.

2. Mix with lemon juice, milk, and cream.

3. Then transfer the mixture to the ice cream maker and work as indicated in the instructions.
