Vanilla ice cream: the recipe with the ice cream maker to make it at home in just a few minutes!

INGREDIENTS
4 egg yolks
140g (3/4 cup) of sugar 
250ml (1 cup) of fresh liquid cream 
1 vanilla pod
2 tbsp of powdered sugar 
250ml (1 cup) of milk 

METHOD 
1. In a bowl mix together egg yolks and sugar using an electric mixer. 
2. In the saucepan add milk and cream, add in vanilla seeds and powdered sugar, cook until starts boiling, remove from the heat, and let it cool for a few minutes.
3. Slowly pour the mixture into the egg yolk cream, stirring with a wooden spoon.
4. Cook it on low heat until starts thickening. Let it cool completely, we recommend you to set it aside in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
5. Pour into the ice cream maker and work as indicated in the instructions.
