Peppered mussels: the Neapolitan recipe to make it in just a few minutes!

INGREDIENTS
1kg mussels
1 lemon
Olive oil to taste
Pepper to taste
Fresh parsley to taste
METHOD
1. Chop the parsley using a cutting board and knife.
2. Cut the lemon into 6 pieces.
3. Wash the mussels under running water.
4. Pour the olive oil, mussels, and a generous handful of pepper into a large pan.
5. Bring to the boil and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Filter the sauce using a sieve.
7. Serve with the filtered sauce, lemon wedges, and a few parsley leaves.
