Gazpacho: the original Spanish recipe for FRESH and HEALTHY soup! π₯£π

INGREDIENTS
2 slices of bread
Water
30ml (2 tbsp) of white vinegar
2 bell peppers
4 tomatoes
1/2 cucumber
1 onion
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
METHOD
1. In a small bowl add the bread slices and pour the water and white vinegar. Set aside.
2. Slice the peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion and set aside.
3. In a blender add the vegetables and mix. Add the bread, olive oil, salt, and pepper and continue with mixing to combine all well.
4. Pour the gazpacho into the bowls and decorate with the vegetables and croutons. Add a drizzle of olive oil and serve.
