Chocolate Salami: You don't need an oven to make this delicious dessert!

INGREDIENTS
260g of dry biscuits
220g of dark chocolate (melted)
160g of butter at room temperature
2 eggs
80g of powdered sugar
15g of cocoa powder
40ml of rum
METHOD
2. In a separate bowl, work the butter at room temperature until it is nice and soft. Add the sugar and mix well.
3. Now add the melted chocolate, continuing to stir (The chocolate should not be hot, otherwise it will melt the butter).
4. It's time for the eggs. Once they are well absorbed, you can add the cocoa. Give it one last stir.
5. Finally, you can add the cookies and mix until you get a compact mixture.
6. Transfer the mixture onto parchment paper and try to shape it into a sausage. Wrap it in plastic wrap and roll it up.
7. Close the ends tightly like a candy and leave it in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
8. Remove it from the plastic wrap and cover it with powdered sugar!
