INGREDIENTS

For strawberries:

140g of strawberries

Flour

For the batter:

2 eggs

220ml (1 cup) of milk

160ml (3/4 cup) of vegetable oil

190g (1 cup) of sugar

240g (2 cups) of all-purpose flour

40g (1/4 cup) of cocoa powder

10g (3/4 tbsp) of baking powder

90g (1/2 cup) of chocolate chips

METHOD

1. Cut the strawberries into small pieces and transfer them to the bowl. Add the flour and mix with your hands well.

2. In a bowl add the eggs, milk, and oil and whisk. Add the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, and continue to whisk. Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix them all well.

3. Into the mixture add the strawberries and incorporate all well with the help of the spatula.

4. Place the paper cups into the muffin mold and fill each cup with the prepared mixture.

5. Transfer the muffins to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.

6. Serve the muffins all together on a serving dish after baking and enjoy.
