Gratin loin rolls: the oven-baked recipe that will satiate your appetite!

INGREDIENTS
50g (1/2 cup) of parmesan
50g (1/2 cup) of breadrcumbs
Parsley
2 cloves of garlic
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
8 slices of pork loin
Cheese
1 onion
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the parmesan, breadrcumbs, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil and mix to combine.
2. Arrange pork loin slices to the cutting board and place the piece of cheese and one spoon on each slice. Roll them up.
3. Transfer roll to the baking dish and add a drizzle of olive oil. Sprinkle with prepared filling and place the onion slices between rolls.
4. Add a drizzle of olive oil on the rolls and transfer them to the oven. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
5. Serve them all together on a serving dish.
