Apple puff pastry squares: a tasty snack to prepare in just a few minutes!

INGREDIENTS
2 apples, peeled, cored and shredded
30g (¼ cup) of sugar
15g (1 tbsp) of butter
1 roll of puff pastry
A pinch of cinnamon
45g (¼ cup) of apricot jam
70g (½ cup) of crushed biscuits
Egg wash
Almond flakes
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 190°/374°F.
2. Cook apples with butter, sugar, and cinnamon until softened. Chill.
3. Roll out puff pastry and brush apricot jam over one half. Add apples and crumbled biscuits. Fold pastry on top. Cut into squares.
4. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle almond flakes on top.
5. Bake for 20 minutes.
