Pour some hot milk over the cake and wait for the result 🤯

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
40g (1/4 cup) of sugar
45ml (1/4 cup) of vegetable oil
45ml (1/4 cup) of milk
7g (1/2 tbsp) of vanilla sugar
35g (1/4 cup) of semolina
25g (1/4 cup) of flour
12g (3/4 tbsp) of baking powder

410ml (1 3/4 cups) of milk
110g (1/2 cup) of sugar

Shredded coconut
Chopped pistachios

METHOD
1. Add the eggs and sugar in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer. Add the oil, milk, vanilla sugar, semolina, flour, and baking powder and whisk to combine.
2. Pour the mixture into the cake mold (25cm - mold size) and transfer it to the oven. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
3. In a small bowl add the milk and sugar and mix.
4. Pour the milk/sugar into the cake and leave for a few minutes to soak the milk. Decorate with shredded coconut.
5. Cut the cake into cubes and add the chopped pistachios to each cube. Serve and enjoy.
