Chocolate wafers: delicious and fun biscuits to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
125g (1 cup + 1 tbsp) of flour
60g (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp) of powdered sugar
4g (1/4 tbsp) of baking powder
A pinch of salt
130ml (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp) of milk
Vanilla extract
35ml (1/4 cup) of vegetable oil
150g of dark chocolate
Chocolate (melted)
METHOD
1. In a bowl sift the flour, powdered sugar, and baking powder. Add the salt, milk, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil and whisk to combine.
2. Pour the mixture into the pan (1 1/2 of a spoon) and spread it with the help of a teaspoon. Bake on both sides and remove from heat.
3. Add the chocolate pieces to the bowl over the saucepan and mix on low heat to melt it.
4. Place the first layer and spread the melted chocolate on top. Repeat the process one more time and close with one more layer. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
5. After 5 minutes cut it into pieces to obtain the cookies. Pass them to the melted chocolate.
6. Place cookies each other on a dish covered with parchment paper. Let them firm.
7. Serve them all together on a serving dish.
