Brioche roses: so easy to make and beautiful, you can't wait to try them!

INGREDIENTS
260ml (1 cup) of milk
6g (1/2 tbsp) of sugar
7g of dry yeast
1 egg
550g (4 1/2 cups) of flour
6g (1/4 tbsp) of salt
Egg yolk for brushing
Egg + milk for brushing
Sesame seeds
Powdered sugar

METHOD
1. In a bowl add the milk, sugar, dry yeast, and egg and mix. Add the flour and salt and mix with a spatula. When dough starts to form knead it with hands to obtain smooth dough. Cover with cling film and let it rise for 2 hours, or until is double in volume.
2. After time has elapsed punch the gass from the dough and transfer it to the working surface. Cut it into 10 equal pieces and form the balls. Cover with a cloth and let them rest for 15 minutes.
3. After 15 minutes roll out the 6 balls and form the roll from each one. Make the shape by intertwining it. Transfer to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and cover with cloth. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
4. Split the ball into 4 pieces and roll out each piece. Arrange them and roll them up. Cut in half to obtain rose.
5. Place the prepared roses in the middle of the rings and cover them with a cloth. Let them rise for 20 minutes.
6. After 20 minutes brush the roses with the egg yolk and rings with the egg + milk. Sprinkle rings with sesame seeds and transfer to the oven. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
7. Serve them all together on a serving dish.
