Artichoke pie: stringy and tasty, to be made in a short time!

INGREDIENTS
1 roll of puff pastry
Artichokes in oil (dried)
110g of speck
150g of cheese
Milk for brushing

METHOD
1. Unroll the puff pastry on the cutting board and arrange at one-half of the artichokes in oil, speck, and cheese. Close with another half and seal it well on all sides.
2. Transfer to the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Brush with milk and prick with the fork.
3. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes. Cut it into slices after baking and serve on a serving plate.
