Yellow scrambled hard-boiled eggs: a perfect and funny idea TO TRY

Easter is approaching and we are sure that you are looking for a dish to prepare to impress everyone at the table. This recipe is for you: let's make together scrambled hard-boiled eggs!

Shake the egg with energy, we used a special tool but alternatively insert the egg into a stocking, making two knots on the sides closest to the egg, and shake it vigorously.

Cook the eggs in boiling water for 6-7 minutes, then immediately place them in cold water with ice and shell them carefully.

That’s it! Serve them at Easter and you’ll leave everyone speechless.

N.B. The tool used to scramble the yolk can be bought on Amazon under the name of manual egg mixer.
