Sausages stuffed with spinach and cheese: a dish full of flavor and simple to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
6 sausages
6 slices of mozzarella
6 slices of bacon
200 g (1 cup) of frozen spinach, thawed
30ml (2 tbsp) of olive oil
Salt, pepper and chili flakes
3 garlic cloves, minced
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F.
2. Cook spinach with some olive oil, salt, pepper, and chili for 2-3 minutes.
3. Make a slit in each sausage lengthwise. Fill each sausage with spinach and a piece of cheese.
4. Wrap sausages with bacon and secure using cooking string or toothpicks.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
