Cauliflower fritters: it will take you a few minutes to make a super delicious dish!

INGREDIENTS
1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
3-4 bay leaves
Salt
2 eggs
180ml (¾ cup) milk
150g (1 cup) all-purpose flour
3g (1 tsp) salt
Vegetable oil for frying
METHOD
1. Boil cauliflower florets with a generous pinch of salt and 3-4 bay leaves until soft (around 7 minutes). Drain and let cool down.
2. Whisk flour with eggs, salt and milk.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan.
4. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter and let the excess drip off. Fry cauliflower in preheated oil until golden (around 5 minutes).
