The authentic italian pesto: how to make it extra creamy and tasty at home!

Why buy it when it’s so easy and fun to make yourself? Our Elpidio will show you how to make the perfect italian pesto in a few steps
INGREDIENTS
70g of basil
70g of extra virgin olive oil
50g of parmesan
30g of pecorino
30g of pinenuts
2 garlic cloves
3g core sault
METHOD
1. In a mortar (or a blender) squeeze the garlic and the salut.
2. Add the pinenuts, keep mixing and make a paste.
4. Add the basil leaves, first wash them, and dry them properly. Keep mixing making rotation movements.
5. When it's creamy add pecorino and parmesan, and mix again.
6. Add the olive oil and create a smooth and creamy texture.
7. Pour your pesto in the pasta and mix well, add some pasta water while mixing to make it extra creamy
8. Your fresh and delicious pesto is ready!
