Brioche braid with chocolate chips: soft and super fragrant!

INGREDIENTS
320g (2 1/2 cups) of all-purpose flour
8 g of dry yeast
5g (1 tsp) of salt
8 0g (⅓ cup) of sugar
5ml (1 tsp) of vanilla extract
2 eggs
10 0ml (⅓ cup) of luke warm milk
7 0g (¼ cup) of butter, melted
8 0 g (⅓ cup) of chocolate chips

METHOD
1. Whisk warm milk with eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla and yeast. Mix in flour and salt. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes, form into a ball and
let it rise
for

2. Knead chocolate chips into the dough and cut into 3 equal portions, form into 3 balls. Set aside for 30 minutes.
3. Roll each ball into a rope and braid as shown on the video. Set aside until doubled in size. Brush with egg wash before baking at 180C/350F for 35-40 minutes.
