Mille-feuille with mascarpone cream and chocolate chips: just a few ingredients are needed!

INGREDIENTS
260g (1 1/4 cups) of mascarpone
20g (1/4 cup) of powdered sugar
260ml (1 cup) of whipping cream
70g (1/2 cup) of chocolate chips
2 rolls of puff pastry
Powdered sugar
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and whipping cream and mix with the electric mixer to combine. Add the chocolate chips and mix with a spatula to incorporate.
2. Unroll the puff pastry on a cutting board and cut it in half. Prick the puff pastry with the fork and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
3. Transfer the puff pastry to the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Bake in oven at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
4. Arrange the first part of puff pastry on a serving dish and spread the prepared cream. Repeat the process one more time and cover with another layer of puff pastry.
5. Decorate the cake with powdered sugar and cut it into squares. Serve them all together and enjoy.
